El Tuito Door

Susan Nolen's Photograph of a Mexican door

This door worn, the paint faded in spots, led to an interior shop on the main street in El Tuito, Mexico. I loved the water-coloured effect age has played on this door.

About susan sheldon nolen

It’s rare to catch me without coffee, a form of camera, or my beloved wire fox terriers. I love the history, the art, and it’s a massive part of my life, as I either paint, write, or get interrupted by my dogs, reminding me of the real world. I hope you enjoy your time here. It’s such a privilege to have readers.

I fell in love with this door in Mexico! Loved the soft colours age had created!

My living room has the same yellow on the walls. I may add some orange to freshen things up a little. Even with its battered and worn down appearance, there’s still something soothing with this door, Susan.
