We had a bit of sun the other day and I thought it best to get out in the garden. Well, I suppose you could call it a garden, it’s more like a small city patio. Still I manage to grow a few bits here and there and dream of a proper back garden one day.

In the meanwhile, weeds need pulling, and leaves swept up before the patio candles and wine glasses are put out. Ted eager to come outside with me, suddenly was no where to be found.
But there he was at the garden gate trying to see if he could squeeze out and away from the boring task of pulling weeds.
Weeding sorted and where is Ted? No comments please, he’s hard at work and we mustn’t wake him. Ahem.. I think not!
Teddy has the right idea. Throw in some chocolate and a good book, and I’ll join him. 🙂
Let’s not encourage him too much! 🙂
Ted gardens very much like I do, Susan!
Crumbs, better not have you and Ted over to do the garden then! 🙂
I have to agree with the others, Susan. Ted is my kind of gardener. Though, I once had a 40 bush rose garden – which was stupid in our climate. Pictures like your top one always make me want to start again. Really lovely.
Ah Andra thank you. Looks like Ted is going to get away without doing his weeding chores! Forty rose bushes?! I am in awe!

Love the pictures, Ted is a great subject
Thanks Pat! Ted’s a wonderful character and he knows it! I just have to keep up with him!
